1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PumpHub ("the Service"), including downloading or using any PumpHub software or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or download any software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using PumpHub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Age verification is required for full access.

3. Entertainment Purpose Only

All software, services, and features provided by PumpHub are intended exclusively for adult entertainment purposes between consenting adults. Any use outside of this intended purpose is strictly prohibited and solely the responsibility of the user.

4. Device Interaction & Software Use

PumpHub software may interface with other users and operate compatible devices. By using this functionality, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the safe and appropriate use of all connected devices.
• All interactions with other users and their devices must be fully consensual.
• You will immediately cease any device interaction if requested by any party involved.
• PumpHub has no control over and accepts no liability for the operation, malfunction, or effects of any third-party device.
• You assume all risk associated with the use of connected devices and software interactions.

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of PumpHub software and any connected devices is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PumpHub, its owners, operators, developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or any other damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use PumpHub software or services
• Any device malfunction, unexpected behavior, or unintended operation
• Interactions between users through the platform or connected devices
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or devices

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service or software for any unlawful purpose
• Operate devices without the explicit consent of all parties involved
• Attempt to harm, harass, or endanger any person through use of the platform or connected devices
• Share, distribute, or provide access to the software to anyone who is not a registered, age-verified user
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute PumpHub software
• Post or share content involving minors or non-consensual activity

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PumpHub and its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, software, or connected devices, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all associated software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
